BUS SERVICES
Kilsby is served by First which operates service 207/208 between Rugby and Northampton. There are eight buses between 8.00 am and 7.00 pm, Mondays to Fridays. On a Saturday there are seven buses with the first of the day being at 9.39 am. A timetable is posted at the bus shelter stop on Devon Ox Green and a full First information and timetable leaflet is available on the bus itself. Only one bus a week runs to Daventry. It is service number 260 and is provided by Catteralls on a Friday, leaving Kilsby, Barby Road/Ashby Road at 9.39 am and arriving at Daventry Bus Station at 10.00 am. Anyone over the age of 60 may apply for a free bus pass. Anyone suffering from a disability may apply for a free bus pass or bus tokens. This allows for free bus travel within the Daventry District Council area. For full details of the concessions tel: 01327 302444.
NB after 1st April 2008 these bus passes will allow for much more extensive bus travel.
